It contains details about the general conditions, size and weight. We guarantee the authenticity of our pictures, so what you see is what you get.

Please be aware that all our products are hand made, they are not a factory-machine-precision items. So they may have slight imperfections which only add to their unique charm and authenticity.

Return policy

If you are not fully satisfied, you can still return your item within 14 days after receipt. Any returned item will be subject to 3% bank processing and restocking fee. Delivery costs are non-refundable. You just need to contact us before sending your item.

Each returned item must be in the same conditions described during purchase.

Exchange policy

You can also exchange your item, in which case we will be delighted to help you find your perfect substitute in our stock. The terms applying for returned items apply also for exchanged ones.
