Time

Although we aim to deliver within 7 days, it may take up to 15 business days. Our team will keep you informed throughout the whole shipping process; from the time you submit your order, till we get it dispatched to one of our shipping partners.

All shipping time and costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, their size and the destination address. In all cases, we use only reliable shipping partners.

We will email you with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

It is also important to contact the courier company as soon as you get notified about the arrival of your parcel. If the parcel is returned to us, our return policy will apply for redelivery.
