Gorgeous Beni Ouarain rug with typical patterns. Actually thick rug incredibly densely knotted with a field in ivory and a network of single lined defining regular diamond pattern in tones of dark brown. Diamond patterns or otherwise lozenge is pretty common in Moroccan Berber rugs as one of the main female symbols in Berber culture. Newly hand-woven with first quality wool, excellent quality weaving and very nicely finished with twirled fringes at both ends.
